What should you present during your month? (Find your month in the Ministry of the Month Schedule.) Put yourself in the role of someone who knows nothing about your ministry. Consider answering these questions for the Church Family:

• What is your mission (why do you exist)?
• What is your vision (where are you going)?
• Who do you serve (is there a limited demographic)?
• When/how/where do you serve?
• What are the various ministries within your area/group (list all the ministries, highlight one or more specific ministries each week).
• Are there any special events coming up we should know about?
• How can I serve in any of your ministries?

Obviously, answers to all these questions cannot fit on the board at once, so make sure to ALWAYS (each week) answer the question:

• How can we find out more about your ministry?

If you have a photo or any graphic image, this will be sure to attract people to your information. Feel free to attach a small envelope with "calling cards" or "tear-aways" with a person's name and phone number.
