
Why should I join the Evangelical Free Church of Sheboygan?

Similar to the one time public baptism; this is the minute-by-minute confession of faith the world recognizes.
Commitment
Similar to a marriage commitment; membership in the church encourages us to work together to overcome our problems instead of running at the first sign of trouble. Membership is a deeper level of commitment to Christ and His church.
Accountability
Participating members are accountable to the church and the church leadership is accountable to the participating members. 1 Corinthians 10:24 says that we should “spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encourage one another, and all the more as you see the day approaching.”
Vision and Direction
Participating members vote on key visionary areas that provide direction for the future of the church.
