The Elders are
responsible for doctrinal integrity, ministry vision, and strategic
development of the ministry of the Evangelical Free Church. Each
Adult Bible Fellowship has an Elder providing spiritual oversight.
Other Elders champion the Adult Bible Teaching Pool, the Care
Group Leaders, and the Adult Bible Fellowship Leadership Teams.
Made up of ten men, this board typically meets twice a month,
once for vision related issues and once for on going business
related issues.
